install crew was amazing. New gutter installed all stuff hauled away. They are busy it took sometime to get on schedule but they were upfront about the wait time and it took less time than they anticipated.

I hired this company around the end of March. The third week in May the installation was to begin. The technicians worked about four hours or less each day for five days. One day, he arrived so late because he had to go to the warehouse to get something he needed for the job that had been scheduled for quite some time. From my perspective working eight hour days on the project, which had no major problems could have been completed in three days. A door that was damaged at the warehouse by another company had to be reordered. When the technician arrived to install it, he found out he brought the wrong door, forcing him to drive back to the warehouse which was about an hour and a half away to get the correct door. The technician lost a set screw to a towel hanger but didn't tell anyone and just stuck it back on the sly until I tried to use it and the hanger fell on the floor. I had to go buy another set screw. The shower pan didn't drain properly so their service manager had to come to make repairs.. After two tries, he finally got it right. The project took way more days than necessary, requiring someone to be there while the work was done. To the company's credit, they fixed the damage that was done to the hardwood floor. The finished shower stall looks very nice but it took too much time. The company's owner called and apologized, stating my job was not what he expected and not something he tolerates. He did agree that all my complaints were valid and corroborated by company records. I told him that while I appreciated his apology, the experience was not pleasant and that no way could I ever recommend his company.

Mark installed a wonderful shower for us; you can't put a price on his craftsmanship, we're beyond pleased. Great follow up as well; we needed a slight adjustment to the door and called Mark on Friday night, he was out first thing Saturday morning. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with my bathroom remodel. The whole process was great. It took awhile for them to start but once I received my scheduled time for the remodel everything went well. The end product is beautiful. I love my new bathroom. Very professional people.

The company gave us a bait and switch. Quoted us one price, then as work was about to begin, gave us a much higher price. Promised they could install any style cabinet, but refuse to install ones with vertical panels. Installed the wrong style sinks and the wrong color shower "panelling." Would never use them again.

The company and salesman were great. The actual installers were very rude to my wife. When she went to run some errands they told her she had to be back at a certain time. She rushed through what she had to do in order to get home. When she got back the job was not done and the workers were sitting around on their phones. My wife had to wait for more than 5 mins them to get off their phones to talk to her. They then said it would be another 2 hours to finish, then went down to the corner gas station. Almost another 3 hours later they were done. I was quoted the job as talking 1/2 a day. To me that means 4hrs. I guess that really meant up to 12 hours.

Repair work was done quickly and without interruption to my business. The repair work and replacement of broken gutters matched the existing gutters and looks original. Everything was cleaned and trash was taken away.

Estimator spent too much time, tried to sell other stuff, left body odor in my chair. Job done well, but very expensive & one workman drove me nuts whistling the same 8 bars of a song all day long. Plus, wanted to come back next day to finish.

Very professional and understanding of my repairs and work requirements

I had three companies give me a quote for gutter covers. Mr. Fix-it were more expensive but they were the only company that identified a problem I noticed but did not think there was a remedy, Mr.Fix-it offered recommendations. The other companies were looking out for themselves and not what was best for my home. Debbie my sales rep is a real asset to the company, easy going, awesome customer service, informative and best of all walked me through the whole process with no pressure. Gutter helmet was the only option for my home and a great investment with a lfetime guarantee.

one man drank corona on the job on the first day...friday...we reported him and he was fired on monday. everyone says i am paying too much for what i am getting. i wish i had gotten several companies over for quotes..if they don't put electricity back in my shed for what i pd. i am really going to be upset.sink is still clogged.

The estimator arrived promptly and gave me a reasonable estimate. The men who installed my "barn door" did a really nice job on the door installation. I will certainly call Mr. Fix-It in the future. The only problem I had was that the estimator only gave me a general "we'll get it done by the end of next week" time frame for the work. I had hoped someone would have called me back to set a specific time but instead I had to call them and insist on getting a date and time.

My experience with Mr. Fixit staff on both occasions was very good. The gentlemen were very prompt, mannerly, and capable. I would recommend them, unreservedly!
