Mr. Frank and his assistant power washed the entire exterior of our home and then painted the shutters and front door. My home looks amazing. Great job!

Mr. Frank was outstanding, very professional , excellent work ethics, courtesy and just an all around professional who stands by his work. He removed my French doors which had water damage and replaced with sliding doors, painted the new door frame; just an awesome job. He also installed gutters to make sure we wouldn't have water damage any more. I have requested for him to come back for some other work I have for him inside the house. Good Job but did miss some areas with the deck stain.

Frank and his workers were very polite. They worked hard. But it was very clear that their painting and staining skills and equipment was sub par. Frank offered to not charge me, but payed them the full price. . In retrospect I should have deducted the cost of a new garden hose, and the over usage of stain due to their poor application.

Frank Lanier a.k.a Mr. Frank - The Handy Man, is a rare breed ... he actually stands by his work ! His professionalism began with his calling me within minutes of putting in my Home Advisor request. After reviewing three different pressure washing companies, I chose Mr. Frank to pressure wash the concrete deck around my pool, which had a lot of black algae on it. Frank and I agreed that he would come the following week while I was away on business. Here's where it gets impressive. When I returned from my trip and took a look at the pool deck, I was disappointed. It was still stained, and I could see track marks and paths made by the pressure washing machine. I called Mr. Frank and asked if he would mind coming over to discuss the project. He promptly scheduled a time to come back. When he saw the deck, which was clearly not clean, he agreed with me that deck cleaning chemicals should have been used in conjunction with the pressure washer. And then he did something that floored me. Instead of acting threatened, defensive and offended, he asked me if I would give him the opportunity to make it right. Imagine that! Now THAT is a professional businessman. I highly recommend this contractor, and will use him again.
