Hired this company to move my TV and components (cable & electric) from one wall to another. The work was sloppy and the cleanup was worse. 3 out of the 4 bolts to hold my TV in the wall are screwed in sideways, hopefully, it stays on the wall. TV is not exactly in the desired place, would have liked it a foot over, they said it was because of beams but I could see from the trash they used zip toggles so what did the beam matter. I spent time cleaning up the drywall mess in the basement, dust on everything. Seemed rushed. The wires were shoved under tv cabinet, I had to velcro them nicely myself. The job is done but poorly and overpriced for the service I received. I am not allowed to give a 0 but I would.
Chrissy I'm sorry about the clean up, I did sweep up and forgot to mop the floor. As for the TV mount we did not use zip anchors , we used long lag bolts the reason they are in on an angle is because your bracket wasn't wide enough to meet up with the studs so we did the best we could with what you had! It's not going to fall it's it the 2x4 framing. As for you wanting it a foot over, the first thing I asked you is what height do you want it and where do you want me to center the TV and we agreed center between the wall corner and where the stairs come down which is exactly 44? centered. I'm confused because when I left you were both happy
Flexible on scheduling. Great communication. On time and did an excellent job on my project. Fair price. Would definitely use him again on any future projects.
Thanks Rick
He showed up on time and did the job as promised and for the amount quoted.
Thanks Mark
