Mr. G (Richard) answered my email request quickly. Showed up quickly, promptly, had mask on, and even put booties over his shoes before stepping into my home. Took measurements and came back just 2 days later with new 3 glass's (had broken seals). Did an excellent job and he would be the only glass repair person we would ever use again.

He came over quickly after I put in a request for an estimate. He gave me a fair estimate and was able to fit me in quickly. He replaced my two basement windows and I've had no issues with them since. Great work, nice guy. Will use again.
