Pro Handyman - Unlicensed Contractor

I have booked and paid for this booking and the contractor cannot be reached and did not show up on the scheduled time. I want my refund ASAP.

They repaired every thing I needed done .

The contractors arrived on time, contacted me before their arrival and did the work that was needed. It was slightly more expensive than other contractors I have hired before, but the work was done well and completely.

I hired him to clean my gutters, but he pointed out other projects he thought should be done. I asked for a list of the projects and costs of same. He had a new excuse each day for his failure to provide the cost list. He provided the list the work was close to completion. The cost was excessive, and I blame myself for not telling him to stop work the first time he failed to provide me with a cost estimate. He was dishonest, lied, and I would never use him or HomeAdvisor again.

DOES NOT SHOW ON TIME OR CALL TO INFORM ON NEW TIME. NOT A LIC CONTRACTOR OR HAVE BUSINESS LIC. WORK IS GOOD AND NEAT AND IF THEY FIND OTHER THINGS WRONG WITH RES THEY INFORM SUCH WITH EXCEPT ABLE REPAIR COST,EXAMPLE CLEANED GUTTERS AND FOUND BROKEN TILES ON ROOF, CLEANED NEIGHBORS AND FOUND MAJOR ROOF DAMAGE AND RECOMBINED REPAIR. I had used Jonathan before for other projects and was satisfied with his work. This project was bigger and he often did not show up when he said he would, continued to tell me there was more damage to be repaired, asking for more money each time. He never finished the job, I have tiles missing on my roof, debris that was never disposed of . He has not responded to my many phone calls and I have had to get someone else to finish the work (and re-do some of the work that was done incorrectly) I paid him thousands of dollars and I feel cheated.

Jonathan was a little more expensive than other services, but his team was detailed oriented and did a very thorough job. Jonathan went beyond the work required and provided me pictures of unrelated roof issues he thought I should be aware of.
