After some water damage I had to have drywall replaced and painted in three bathroom, and floor tile replaced in downstairs bathroom and hallway. Charlie and Sam were always on time, courteous and friendly, respectful of my dogs, and made sure to say hello to them when they arrived of a morning. I would not hesitate to call Mr Handyman in the future!

I cannot say enough about Mike! This man was not only super professional, on time and knew what he was doing. But, he handled things that got thrown at him last minute that were not initially what was planned. He was super thorough and his communication was great through every project I had. If you’re going to use this company, make sure to request him! You will not regret it :) This man deserves a raise!

They quoted one price and then when got here said it was hourly.
They took too long and work was not satisfactory and they kept charging for their ineptitude and mess ups! Do not hire!
Cannot open door from inside unless handle only goes up and the new lock sticks.
The outside of the lock is crooked.
The seal is not fully sealing after he was told to rehang the door prior to any additional work

I had to have my wrought iron bars put up on two outside windows. Mr. handyman was on time. He worked efficiently and the job was perfectly done. In addition I had to have one other task done which involved re-screening a screen which he did! All in all, It was a great experience for me.

They don't even deserve 1 star. We had a really bad experience working with this company. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere for help around your house. Ben is very nice on the phone explaining that they can fix what I needed done no problem AND their work is guaranteed. Perfect! After sending two guys out, they ended up fixing absolutely nothing. After I asked what I had paid for they told me they would tear up my check since they couldn't help me. Nope, they cashed it immediately. When I asked Ben about it he said they would mail back the money within a few days. Turns out that was also a lie. Very disappointing they are so confident scamming customers. Beware of this company.

We truly regret that we couldn't make your wooden banister completely rigid and unflexing. We stand by our done right promise and I did tell you I would tear up your check, unfortunately it had already been electronically deposited. A refund check was sent exactly as Ben said it would. saying we scammed you or that we are liars is patently False."

I was given an estimate of $200-$250 for a front door replacement. There was confusion about my request as I am not a contractor. When it came time to pay the bill the balance due was over $1200. At no time was I updated on the increasing price over the estimate and I was charged $300 for materials some of which were never used for this project. The company offered $120 back for the erroneous charges for supplies but is not justifying the difference in their estimate or why I was not informed of the ballooning costs. There are a lot of choices out there for Handymen choose someone more transparent.
