Mr. Handyman

I needed work done on four doors. Three interior doors that needed to be shortened due to new carpet and the front door that was sticking, and needed to be trimmed a little bit. They were able to do the work the same day, and within budget. The work quality was very good. This was one of my rental houses and they coordinated times with my tenets, and handled the billing with me. I would use these guys again.

Responded immediately to my request. Job was started and completed with custom orders within a week.

The first handyman came out didn't fix our patio door, it was still hard to open and close and the towel rack he put up came down that evening. I called handyman to complain about the job and they sent another technician out and he fixed the problem and put up the racks without charging us again. So depending on the technician you get, the job can be done right the first time. Mr Handyman did guarantee their job. Overall, the 2nd technician did a great job on our patio door and now it can be easily opened and closed.

Technician broke end plate of blind. Threaded cord through entirely wrong (not even passing through the clutch). When I first called, I mentioned that the cord had broken. After arrival, technician said he couldn't replace cord, that I would have to order it online and install it myself. I got the impression that the whole organization, lacking any knowledge whatsoever about repairing blinds, was passing themselves off as competent repair people, due to economic hard times.
