Jeff had a lot to deal with in putting in the new storm door. He worked very hard in cold and snow. A few "tweaks" need to be done, but over all it looks a million times better than before.

they arrived promptly, worked quickly, and explained the issue thoroughly. it was resolved in a single visit. they cleaned up behind themselves and were generally pleasant to work with. would use them again without hesitation.

I believe his name was Jude. He replaced my sink in less than 45 minutes and had all the spare parts that I needed but did not know I needed.... was funny and low maintenance. I would use him again in a second. 5 Stars.

The work was metocre at best. I asked them to rehang a drapery rod - which was completed but the screws were only partically installed. I asked them to remove some shelves and patch/repair - there was a huge mess left all over my house and I spent hours cleaning. I also asked them to weather strip a french door and all the guy did was nail an unfinished piece of wood to the outside head of the door frame. It was sloppy and unprofessional. When i asked about this, he claimed that my entire door would have to be replaced in order to get a weatherproof seal. Not true. Mr. Handyman is extremely expensive for the quality of work they do and CLAIM to do. Also, if you have them paint, expect to pay for all of the painting supplies and brushes yourself. They guy who painted took 8 hours to paint a 10x10 room - and only 3 walls.
