Henry showed up late and unprepared. When he left there are 3-4 holes in my walls that I need to fix or as he told my wife she can go to the home maintenance store and get stuff to fix it. It is not that bad! The technician arrived and then immediately left to harbor freight. I hope I am refunded or they send someone else out to make this experience right. I would not recommend using them again. Screen the person personally coming to your house.

The estimated time for your project is great and the price was good. The customer service was okay, I got past around and told things that did not happen. Also, because the time was already set our pro milked the time at the end to assure that he was there for the full 3 hours. He was very nice and did a wonderful job. I would have him do projects in the future.
