Disability Ramps - Build
needed wheelchair ramps to get into and out of house - requested one for the garage area and one for the back door. I had ordered some online metal and vinyl or rubber but neither was long enough for my electric wheelchair. the incline was too steep and chair would get stuck about half way through. I explained this to the workman and they said they could custom build me some ramps. Right some plywood and 2x4 cost me $700 and to top it off they aren't even level. Thanks but no thanks I will pass on Mr Handyman.

I am not a happy customer. They did a botched job at one of my rental companies. I am demanding a refund and that someone call me back immediately. They have been unresponsive and I am going to reach out to the Better Business Bureau. If you can not do a repair, DO NOT TRY. You have made it 10x worse!!!

Doors installed, don t close proper after a few months, work left undone that was agreed upon by estimator.

"Mrs. FXXXXXX, I am sorry to hear that your door is not closing properly anymore. However, we installed this door on 01/27/17, so it has been almost 2.5 years. It is common in this area, especially this time of year with very little rain, for foundations to shift and cause windows and doors to need adjustment in order to function properly. If you would like us to come adjust your door, please give us a call. Since it has been so long, I am not sure what work you are saying was left undone. If you would have brought it up shortly after we finished, we certainly would have completed whatever it was. Thanks, Mr. Handyman Team"

They charge an additional fee on top of the supplies. Almost double. I called and they said that is normal. So I was charged double supplies, charged for the miles and time to XXXXXXXXX and the job was not professional.

Replaced formica on the bar that had a burn hole. I purchased replacement sheet of formica. First repairman called a second man and they did an excellent job. They cleaned up afterwards.

Sheetrock repair; includes 3 corners re-taped and two 3"x 3" holes repaired. Two workers, 4 hours, and not great work on the corners. I will use them for other services, but probably not Sheetrock repair.

The handyman went above and beyond to see that my problem was taken care of. I am from 1200 miles away and know no one here. They took care of my problem but I needed to also get someone licensed to work on LP lines. The guys called all over creation until they found someone for me. I highly recommend this company and am so grateful to have found a company that guarantees their work and has people that truly wanted to see me taken care of.
