He was prompt to respond to the request that I sent in through the website, he showed up when he said he would and he did the job in a quick and efficient manner. Who could ask for anything more?

The grout around the tile in my bathtub/shower area had very small holes in it. I later found out (not from Mr Handyman) that the grout had not be sealed when it was installed. These small holes let in enough water to soak the wallboard underneath and cause 4 tiles to bulge out. The handyman assigned to my project was unfamiliar with bathroom shower tile. He kept asking me what I wanted to do. I hired Mr Handtman because I don't know how to repair and replace bathroom tile that has been water damaged. About 1/2 of the tile had to be removed and the wallboard replaced, followed by the tile being glued back on. The handyman suggested I talk with the owner to negotiate a 'per job' price rather than the 'per hour' rate, since the repair was large and would require 3 days of work. The owner would not negotiate and charged a per hour rate. The job cost $1,187.57 plus, I paid for the new tile. I have since learned that is a very over priced repair. Also, The handyman that did my repair was not knowledgable about tile work. When the job was done I noticed that some of the tile had a differdnt texture. Evidently, the case of tile I purchased at Lowes was mixed. The handyman said he did not notice it when he was installing the tile. He did not fill the small holes of grout in the other areas of the shower and he did not suggest to have the grout sealed so as to prevent it from leaking agian.

These guys were great and will definitely be my #1 choice in plumbers. They couldn't solve my electrical problem but no-one has been able to solve that problem in the past 12 years. And the price was just right.

the technician claimed that he had more than 20 yrs of experiences, but he acts as if he has never been to jobs like this before. The bottom line is that they drag the time out unnecessarily. He left boxes behind, just cleaned up his tools. His boss is quite rude, actually accused me of giving them more jobs to do. They are quite expensive.

We were quite satisfied with this service and plan to continue using them in the future. They did have a problem with staining a door (for a variety of reasons) but they stuck with it and were determined to satisfy us - going above and beyond as needed. Would recommend them highly.

I scheduled the appointment 5 days prior to the service. The Handyman did not show up nor did anyone call. Forty Five minutes after the agreed appointment time I talked to Wes, he said that they did not have me on the schedule and must have "dropped the ball. He sent a serviceman on the following Monday (which I had to leave work for, keeping in mind I had already taken time off for the prior appointment that was a no show. So, the no show actually cost me money. They intial fee was waived, however I was still charged for labor. I will not use the service again and would not recommend it.
