Below is the letter I sent to them describing my experience with their service. I also responded to their emailed customer satisfaction survey. I have not received any reply from them. Draw your own conclusion. ========================== On August 20, 2020, your company replaced a cedar fence post per the enclosed invoice. I was asked to pay this over the phone before I had a chance to look at the invoice, and I misunderstood the total as being $382.61 instead of $482.61, which was within the range of the estimate I had received. When I was able to see the invoice, I was surprised that the material cost I was charged was $98.61. All the technician purchased was one 4â x4â x8â red cedar post and a bag of quick setting cement from the nearby Home Depot on 88th Ave. in Westminster. I verified the cost of the materials on-line (enclosed) and in round numbers, the post cost $57 and the bag of cement $6 for a total of $63. Adding 8.5% sales tax brings the total to approximately $68. Therefore, I believe I was overcharged $30 for materials. In addition, the technician had no tools, not even a hammer. I had to loan him a shovel, pickax, crow bar, pry bar, wheel barrow, electric saw and hammer. One other problem I have is when I called and spoke to Aquanet about what I needed done. I explained that what was needed was the post and cement. I got the distinct impression the technician would have materials with him when he arrived as she set the date for the work so he could get the lumber which she said was in short supply. However, not only did he arrive with no tools, he had no materials. So I was charged for 40 mins of labor at $128/hr or $85 in addition to the overcharge for materials. I called the office at (720) 445-9899 the Friday afternoon the work was done, Saturday morning and three times since then. Every time I got voice mail and left a message, but no-one has returned my call despite your voice mail message that I would hear back in 24 hours. In addition, I got an email with a customer satisfaction survey which I completed explaining all of the above. I have not heard any response from your company about my negative experience. As you would be if you were in my place, I am very dissatisfied with your company as this point and am offering this last opportunity for you to contact me at the phone number at the top of this letter to discuss my concerns. That said, I should not have to go to these lengths to get satisfaction.

The technician originally underestimated scope. A 3-day bid for an indoor project turned into 2 weeks of work done, in part, outside in cold and dark which led to mistakes that required rework. Quality of work suffered for it. The technician and office people were pleasant and friendly, but I think they were understaffed which led to less than perfect results for our project.

I have only one concern. I asked to be furnished with a detailed statement about the cost of materials used on the project. They have not yet done so. Don't know if they ever will.

Very quick to come out an provide quote for job. I will most likely never give thi comment again. But, the job came in $274 over the estimate. We are surprisingly ok with it because of the Great quality of work and professionalism. They did leave one loose end and that was to color match and provide and extra gallon of paint for us to touch the property up. That is forethcoming, BUT THE QUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM are worth the wait! Hire this crew!!!!! Brent & Nama

THey sent a person who was not comfortable installing tiles on a shower base and that was the job. The first technician removed the old grout and tile but we had to wait for another technician to come to cut and lay the tile. THe second person spent over 6 hours cutting and laying tile in a 29 by 32 inch space. THen the tile setting material he used did not set up so when he returned to apply the grout, it was not dry. He returned the net day; still not dry. Here turned after the weekend and finally applied the grout. We were charged twice for a First hour service fee. I suppose because they had to send out two different technicians. Then we were charged $60 for materials I could buy at Home Depot for $30. I expected to pay about $500 for a shower base with me supplying the tile. We paid over $100 more than that.
