The bathrooms re-modeling took longer than expected due to the workers misunderstanding what was suppose to be done. After the supervisor responded the work went well and to our spectifications We also received a refund when the work wasn't completed according to the contract. .

Mr. Handyman called to talk to me about replacing my door. After approximately 3 phone conversations they guided me through the project myself, for no charge.

My slight issue with quality at the completion of the job was due to the fact that I was not here to approve or comment. I'm sure I could have called and discussed my feelings, but chose instead to do some adjustments myself. Overall, the quality of work was better than that of other local workers I have used, and was actually less expensive than the estimate. I would certainly use Mr. Handyman again.

The sliding door is moving so easily now. However, the job ended up costing more than expected because the handyman had to go to 3 different stores to find the right roller. With better planning, I could have gotten the parts needed and saved over 1.5 hours and $65.

The technican and office staff were extremely honest in that they told me that without replacing the entire hurricance shutter they could not guarantee the shutter would operate properly. As they do not install hurricane shutters they could have advised me to repair it only to find it would not

I am very pleased with Mr. Handyman and would certainly recommend them to others. My project required a little out of the box thinking. Max addressed all of my concerns and was extremely professional.

handyman cut to much off door. Not noticed from inside so paid him. He agreed we would be called for appointment for other door. My husband inspected the door, and noticed errors. We didn't complain, just decided to say don't come when they called back. They called and left a message at 5:02 p.m. on Friday, saying they would be out the next day. Called back, got message that no one will be in till Monday, there was no way to cancel! The next day, my husband told the man we were unhappy with the work and he left. The company charged another $120.00 for this visit saying we did not cancel. There was no way we could have!

Max from Mr Handyman was very courteous and did a good job. I would certainly recommend this company for their service, however for small (short) jobs, their rates are too high.

Overall, a nice job. There are some adjustments that may need to be made, but those are mostly due to the way the fence was originally installled by the first company I would use Mr. Handyman again.
