"We cannot apologize enough for what happened in this 1/2 hour of project work; a new hire helper was entrusted by a technician with finishing a small amount of baseboard painting on his own. Mr. Handyman performs a 50 state background check on all of our employees before we hire them. We also warranty and stand behind every one of our jobs. We addressed the issue right away by having a senior technician return to clean and re-paint the baseboards. A $50 discount was offered and applied for the inconvenience. The helper was terminated from his job. We have job authorization and completion customer signature policies in place that ensure satisfaction and are designed to help prevent this type of situation from happening again."
