Good quality work and service. Friendly. Fast response. Labor costs are expensive ($133.6 an hour on my bill). I'll still use them and recommend them.

Project: Hire a Handyman
We asked specifically for a handicapped bar to be installed in a shower, yet the handyman came with out the proper bit to drill into tile. Hello, obviously a shower in a bathroom is likely to be tile. While we were told it would be completed the next day, it wasn t till 5 days later he returned. Upside the work was very well done. Downside it cost almost three times the estimate and the time issue

You were spot on with your concerns with communication and pricing. We dropped the ball on letting you know the delays in scheduling our follow up appointment as well as Mike's attempt with 2 different tile drill bits to get the job completed before leaving on Day 1. And yes, the invoice was wrong in the tune of $260. While we estimated the labor correctly, we missed the error made in entering the materials charge. I have issued your parents a full refund for our mistake/cost of the materials and hope we can regain your trust in the future. Again, my sincere apologies for the inconvenience we caused you and your family. Scott, Owner.

They don't keep their appointments. If they have a bigger job, they will skip you and reshedule
