The previous owner of my house had poorly patched some drywall in the hall ceiling. Mr. Handyman of Savannah came to quote the job and said they could fix it and have it smooth ready for painting in 6 hours. The contractor had it done in 4 hours but charged me for 5 hours of work, and he made zero difference to the area that needed to be fixed. It was cracking and completely uneven with the original ceiling. When I called the owner of Mr. Handyman to try and resolve the issue and have someone else come out to fix the problem, he hung up the phone on me. DO NOT waste your time or money engaging with this company. Unprofessional in every sense.

We had a small problem with our wood floor, termites. A section of the floor had to be removed so the exterminator could do an evaluation/elimination. Philip, from Mr. Handyman arrived on time, carefully took up the necessary boards and replaced them with boards we had left from the initial installation after getting the go-ahead from the exterminator. After the clean up, you couldnâ t tell anything had been done. We were very pleased with the work, the professionalism, and value. We would definitely recommend Mr. Handyman.

I would not recommend Mr Handyman based on his lack of honesty. Being up front with his cost. My project ended up being very expensive for what I had done.

I feel like the cost of the repair was significantly inflated compared to the actual work performed.

He did a good job on the window, but I was surprised that he did not have silicone or glue with him. It seems to me that these are fairly basic supplies for a handyman. We had to go out and buy it. I bought it, but he took it with him when he left. It also added to the time he spent here. I also asked him to fix the rubber shield on the shower door. He used glue on it, but it did not hold. That may not have been his fault because I did not ask for it to be done on the initial request. He was good and he was pleasant but again the lack of supplies needs to be addressed.
