Cabinets - Repair
I am very happy with the job they did. My kitchen drawers now work great again. They had to find a solution to rejuvenate old drawers with sliders that fit older cabinets...and they did! I am very happy. Cost a kittle more than I had hoped for, but I couldn't have done the job and they did. I will call them again. very professional and accommodating.

"We apologize if you are not happy with our rates. When this appointment was made you were notified of our rates and informed how long this job would take. We quoted 2-4 hours to get this job done and our Technician completed the job in 2.5 hours. We do not like any of our customers to be unhappy."

"Deborah, We are very sorry you are unhappy with our rates. Our rates are competitive with other Handyman services. For (1) year from the date of the Customer's work, Mr. Handyman will repair, free of charge, defects of workmanship for work performed under the Work Agreement. Not all Handyman services provides this. We are very upfront with our rates. When you called to schedule this job our office informed you of our hourly rates. You still went ahead and scheduled this job. Once our Technician arrived on the job he informed you of how long the job would take so you would have an idea of the cost. At that time you could have backed out of the appointment but you chose to have our Technician continue. We thrive on keeping our customers happy, however this was out of our control."
