Alec Larson, my tech got here same day, was extremely pleasant, worked hard and fast. Did a great Job. I hope he gets Mr Handyman to take on Lintel Lift for my garage. I will have him back again if they do. He was awesome and so polite.

They are good workers and pay time to all aspects of the project. They came on time and when the project was finished they cleaned up and even left with a smile on their faced. I would certainly hire them again!!

The employees sent were not qualified to handle the project. A water leak occurred (their fault) and at the return visit the employee asked my plumber to help him because he had no idea how to fix his mistake. The same employee hung my ceiling fan and I informed him he was attaching the blades upside down. When I texted the owner with these issues he never replied. I would never recommend this company. Far from professionals and I definitely overpaid.

Be sure the technician has experience doing the job you are hiring them to do. To work for Mr. Handyman, applicants â Must have 10 + years of paid professional experience per there web site. The quality was definitely not what you would expect from someone with 10+ years experience. We paid $1017 and I ended up finishing the job myself. I was initially quoted $756 but later contacted to say it was an additional $232 because she has had some difficulty because the grout lines are thinner than normal. The lines are what you would expect in a shower/bathtub. They said they would come back out, but I figured it was easier to do it so it was done like I expected. We were never told how to have the shower prepped for the job. There were 2 corners that had grime, but that was about it. I went and spent $30 on Dremel bits to clean out the grout that had not been adequately removed. Sadly, I will not be using Mr. Handyman again.
