"The office recognized a mistake in the technician's calculations and immediately issued an apology and a check to Mrs A. We can't compete with the DIY price and guarantee our work. Our prices may be a bit higher than some because our employees are covered by liability and workmen's comp insurance, are bonded, have at least 10 years handyman experience and must clear all background checks before being hired. We are a professional Handyman Service."
"I could not access the attic in this installation but prevailed without needing parts including nuts that weren't included with the purchased fan. A new electrical outlet was also installed in a basement drywall ceiling that had to be surveyed with fish tape through a small hole in the outlet box in order to avoid all ductwork, other electrical lines, and plumbing lines. The cost was double not triple what was estimated due to the additional service supplied. Again, all parts were in the van. The return was an hour later and took 10 minutes. I wire nut had worked loose during the installation of a light fixture. Of course, no charge."
"Thank you. It was a challenge with the high ceilings but I hope the paint sheen blended well after it dried."
"It was a pleasure working for a homeowner who appreciates quality workmanship."
"Thank you, you were a pleasure to work with."
"We hope we can be of service again soon."
