We hired Mr. Handyman to replace our patio roof...its leaked since. They cant/wont fix it and even admit their technicians lack the expertise to fix it. There wasnt any aspect of this job Im happy with. I WOULD NOT recommend this company for any work whatsoever.

Drywall - Repair
I fired them after struggling 3 days for drywall removal, and repair. Took them THREE DAYS unsuccessfully, what a second after did in TWO HOURS. I began complaining day one, midday - was asked to give another chance. Fired the first guy after second day - gave ANOTHER chance third day - fired him for horrible Sheetrock bowing, gaps, excessive mudding, buckled tape - all had to be ripped out, (why give a fourth chance??). Website also misleads a 10 years average experience. First guy had TWO. Second, seven. That is not even halfway what they advertise. I brought several invoice issues to company attention. They still did not fix first two days even after I got insistent. This seems to be a manager who is not ethical, and hired unskilled workers that are not up to what their website says. I hope I am wrong about ethics, but the proof so far, is they are not honest.

Drywall - Repair
I have used Mr. Handyman so far for 2 projects and have been very pleased with not only the jobs performed but also the person who came to the house to do the jobs. I would have no problems calling them again for more things needing to be done around here, and actually, have more jobs on my "to-do" list. So they will definitely be receiving more calls from me. The customer service is also excellent. I get quick responses to my calls and very friendly service.

Mr Handyman recently did several jobs around our home. From hanging new cabinets, to replacing a post on our deck, to placing outlets. They can do all the â honey-doâ things that you need and even more! Handyman Ryan spent 2 days at our home and was very polite and professional. The jobs were done as requested and correctly.
