Person showed up - did notify that he was going to be late. When he showed up he said he didn't want to even be on a ladder and complained about his work the entire time. I spent 20 minutes in his truck before he even started. Only cleaned one gutter and when did he left the debris behind and he charged us $229 for the one gutter. This isn't acceptable and was not a complete job.

"We appreciate your feedback. At Mr Handyman, we do the smaller projects that larger companies will not do. We work on time and material and we only charged for the time we were there. As we discussed on the phone, in emails and a letter sent to you, we charged less than the time we were there as well as discounted the job as well. The roof pitch was to where the technician had to get on the roof to reach it and for liability reasons, we don't get on roofs. We apologize that you felt the cost was high."

Jay did a fantastic job for us! He installed a new sink cabinet, added structure to support our farmhouse sink, and re-worked some of the plumbing to make everything fit. He really went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful. Highly recommend!
