Be very very specific as to what you want done it seem like even the smallest of project turned out to be $400 changing a faucet out was $400 changing the mailbox was $400. It seem like $400 was there based starting rate for even small projects?

I was selling a property and recieved a notification that the mailbox needed to be serviced during the closing process. I couldn't serviced it due to being out of town, so I contacted Mr. Handyman via Angie's List. A rep reached out to me relatively quickly. A Tech was scheduled, and got to the property within 24hours, which was a day before Thanksgiving. The mailbox was serviced. The tech sent me before and after pictures, so I can verify that the particular instructions were followed per HOA requirements. Great service and experience!
