Communication needs work. Took over two weeks to schedule an appointment. Garage door into house is fixed; but not properly. Top loc does not lock all the way. Fence work fine.

Unfortunately we had an tech out on injury and one on vacation so we had to juggle the schedule my apologies

Amazing response time, exceeded expectations and hopes. Bernie was beyond amazing! Not only did he do a great job but he was thoughtful, professional and caring. I will totally use them again with other home projects and recommend them to anyone needing home repairs. Our stairs are better than new.
