HIred Mr. House Pro due to quick response and competitive bid for bathroom remodel and other small work. Scheudled rennovation was 21 days from initial deposit, work agreed to start Mon Dec 1 2025. There were small delays due to both contractor and client. Comminication from contactor is almost non exisitant. Provides NO notification when they will not be working, usually begins work at 10 a.m. and leaves promply at 5 p.m. Contractor didi have an internal communication issue that caused multiple delays. Have requested made clear, documented request for payment receipts that have yet to be rectified. It is now Jan 3 and still have only 1 or 2 days of work left to complete project. Contact did not show up yesterday (Friday Jan 2) with no notification. (They said they were going to install toilet.) Now contactor no answering phone calls or responding to texts. If you hire this pro, good luck.

Very pleased! Expanded the project to include pressure washing the entire exterior of home, painting exterior of home, and sanding and staining of front door. Will definitely use them in the future!

Mr. Juan reached out to me very quickly, came out and gave me a quote immediately. His work is top notch. He coverted a regular window into a seated window with arch. He made me some shelves that surrounded my big screen in my movie 🎥 room. He also did the epoxy flooring in my garage along with some shelves in there. I am looking forward to him doing more work for me in the future.

Had to repair some drywall. Mr. Juan came out the next day to assess the damage and he had his guys come out pronto to fix our house up! They did a great job and cleaned up like nothing happened to our house!

Had a malfunctioning smoke detector and they cane out after hours and replaced the device. I would not have been able to sleep if they had not responded so quickly.

He is a good handyman but charges a bit higher than others. My project was simply to remove the leaking filter system under my kitchen sink. I did not use the filter anyways. I got other quotes of $100 to do the same task which barely took 30 minutes. But I was in a rush to get it fixed.

I called Juan and he was very courteous and helpful. He cane the next day with his team and they did exactly what we wanted, will definitely call him for any future projects

Excellent service from start to finish. Juan and his crew had a list of things to work on from me ( minor roof repair, light fixtures and painting) and they exceeded my expectations and I will for sure call again.

They completed the work within a few hours, left the place neat and tidy!
