Mr. J's Tree Service and Water Garden

The owner Tom Johnston does all work personally. He is professional and meticulous! Very upfront and personable. I had 5 trees taken down and 2 stumps grinded for a very reasonable price. He also offered to clear some brush with his machine "since it was there"....no extra charge. When he was done, the cleanup was so good you wouldn't even know he was there. Highly recommended.

Mr. J came highly recommended so after getting a few estimates we decided to use him. We couldn t be happier. Tommy removed a number of large trees that were threatening our house and creating a damp situation around the foundation. He then removed the stumps, blew the chips into the nearby woods and saved some for use in our garden. In addition he removed several nuisance mulberry bushes on the property. He left the area in pristine condition now open to sunlight. Throughout the process Tommy stayed in touch with us, showed up promptly and did a fabulous job. He is very knowledgeable and very experienced. Tommy is easy to deal with and gave us a fair price for the work performed. We would not hesitate to use him again. Highly recommended!

Tommy was prompt , courteous, professional and fair priced . Would hire again for any tree needs.

They came out on short notice when another company failed to show as promised. Awesome work in a timely manner for a great price as well. Highly recommend.

The owner Tommy was very friendly, informative and efficient. He came quick to give me the estimate and actually gave me the estimate that day and he was the one doing the work. Job well done and it didn’t break the bank!

Excellent job and well done. I normally don't like to sit down and write a review or comment for any contractor who worked on any project at my house but because of I see how useful when we share comments about the contractor that I picked so it helps other people to choose the right contractor. Mr. J’s Tree Service and his crews were very professional with a great attitude. They got the job done in no time and the price was very affordable. They took four trees down (they counted as six trees because two of them were split) in two days. One of the trees was very big and tall and the other two were very closed to the house and on top of shed. I was watching how they took the trees down without creating any damage to our house or shed. It was pretty amazing. They took down branch by branch, piece by piece. The crews cleaned everything afterward like it never happened. Not even one leaf or branch left behind after work done. Anyone who’s looking for a tree removal give Mr. J Tree Service give him a call. You won’t be disappointed with the work and price.

Very professional, did great work, I would hire him again and recommend.

Tommy and his team were top notch! I can not say enough good things about Mr. J's tree service. They went above and beyond everything I could've asked for. He knocked down over 25 trees. He made great recommendations that I had not thought of and his work was unmatched. After all was done, they cleaned up and left my yard in great shape. I told him he has a customer for life with me and my family! So glad we gound Mr. J's tree service!
