This is the 2nd review I'm sending. I don't understand why you didn't receive it. I basically gave them an excellent review. There cost for unplugging two toilets was reasonable, there personalities were genuine, and they responded very well to all the questions I asked of them. I would recommend them highly for work well done as far as unclogging the toilets are concerned since this was all I needed done at the time.

This guy was not prepared. He originally was called out to locate a small leak, but since he did not come to the job with is own step stool or ladder, he was not able to take look at where the leak might have been coming from. So I had him replace my kitchen faucet instead. Although he was very nice, he had a very hard time installing my faucet, and it was not installed correctly. In fact, a couple of times he came to me asking how a part should go on the faucet. How would I know, I'm not a plumber. After he left I noticed that the hot water is now on the right side, along with the cold water. He also, did not chalk down my kitchen sink after taking it up to get at the faucet. I think if you take something apart you should put it back 100%. Now I have to spend extra money to fix this. Frustrating!!

"I checked my reviews and saw an unhappy customer. I called the customer and went back to find out there was no problem with the faucet. I charged her 85 dollars to install the faucet for labor. I caulked her sink. The customer seems happy now."
