Mr. Klean Grout of Jacksonville LLC

We had a few little spots where the tile in a shower was falling out. Mr. Klean Grout re-grouted the whole area and it looks brand new. We'll be using him for floor tile soon. It looks so nice.

For calling himself Mr Klean he’s anything but clean. He cut tile inside the house so We had dust everywhere. He left the second day before cleaning up the grout so a ton of grout hardened in places it shouldn’t. He cracked existing tiles and left an absolute mess for us to clean up including what I assume was dried blood inside and outside the shower. His resolution for everything was to put more silicone. He was our highest bid so I wasn’t even looking for the cheapest work. I gave him an opportunity to make it right by just refunding some of the money to reimburse for how much cleaning we’ve had to do instead of leaving a poor review. But he chose not to take advantage of my kindness. Just avoid and find someone else. Btw the picture of the door knob is dried grout on the front door my house. He was working in our bathroom so you can imagine how that looked.

My service with Mr Klean Grout was excellent !! The former residents removed safety rods which left holes in the tiles. They did a poor job filling and matching the color. George did an excellent job matching and sanding the proper grout and I definitely would recommend his service.

I sent the contractor a text as soon as I removed the tape and informed him there was a hole in the grout where it wasn?t properly sealed and asked him to correct it. Water is able to come in the hole as this in a soap dish in the shower. He has never answered my complaint.

Horrible job. Floor was NOT clean ( I cleaned myself again after they left and the water was still dirty) and the grout color sealer could have been done better by my 7 year old. In fact, she came in after they were done and pointed out half a dozen spots immediately that were done poorly. I should have had her check their work, not my husband! There were many lines of grout completely missed and the ones that were done were not done well. They tried to tell me that the dark stripes along the tile was the tile itself, not the dirty grout they failed to cover with the color sealer. Sealer is on the floor in some places that I still can't remove it no matter what I use. They young guy who did most of the work listened to rap music while working and my kids were around. Not professional. Using earbuds is a recommendation. He charged me very liberally for my square footage, and even charged me for the whole square footage of my large island. He said it was harder to go around it than actually do it. Well, with their workmanship I would agree. Horrible. I will never use him again and have told the person that sent him my way to never recommend him again.

Great experience! George gave wonderful customer service and was super responsive. I really appreciated how in addition to the grout/tile cleaning, he gave a lot of tips for maintaining and keeping it clean so we wouldn't need to have him back for a while.

Complete hack job. I hired them to repair cracked grouting in shower and the job was botched. The job site was left a complete mess and there is grout everywhere that will not come off. There is even globs of grout on my painted walls. They also walked around without masks during Covid. I now have to hire someone to fix my ruined shower.

Overall the work was good and the price was fair. Missed a couple of spots where the grout was missing around the faucet. George tried to reach me but I was unavailable. Not sure what he had in mind.

George from Mr, Klean Grout called after I submitted a request from Home Advisor. He came the next day and gave an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and gave a very fair estimate. His crew came a few days later and the outcome was much better than I anticipated. I have a tile kitchen floor that had some missing grout. They cleaned the floor, filled the voids, and painted all the grout and it looks like a new floor. The cost was about 1/2 of what I anticipated.

They responded very quickly to my request. Explained the problem I was having. My stand-alone shower was leaking at my glass panels. (Two walls were tiled, and two walls were glassed). I wanted to stop the leaks. I sent in pictures of my shower. George assured me that the leak would end. I hired him on the phone. His man came over just before Labor Day 2020 weekend. Had to wait 24 hours before I could try the shower. First time I showered, to my disappointment, the shower still leaked. I called George during the Labor Day weekend and he returned my call after the weekend. He sent his man back, he sealed my glass further. This definitely solved the problem. No more leaking and the grout work looks fantastic. I would hire them again. George stands behind his work.
