Mr. Lawn Care and More

"Hi hello, your review was not right at all but most of our reviews ARE GREAT clearly we take care of our customers. However, your concern was 2 extra bags used on your property, which really one was used on the sidewalks which make 5 bags used on your lot, as you watched us walk with the salt spreader and then the truck spread salt as well. You say 4 bags is what others bid for, you so 1 bag is your complaint? Also, you called us that day when all the equipment was put away at the shop, and I, the owner, was sleeping after 16 plus hours of working that night. As I explained to you, but if we could gain you as a customer I would come take care of your needs of snow removal and salt, not a problem, and we came promptly. You were very appreciative at the time, even shook my hand and signed a contract the same day before we did the service. You were outside talking to us as we were doing the service with no issue. Once you get the bill you send threatening emails saying were liars. Which is not professional and is not tolerated by MR Lawn Care. You said it was 55 degrees out, why did we even lay salt. Well from my experience in this business, of over 15 years, if its 55 degrees out there wouldn't be any snow so why did you call in a panic saying your guy has not shown up and you need it done. Does not make sense to us at all. Even with all the threats and mistreatment we explained our invoice to you, because that is when you got upset as you received our invoice. We do not charge for services we do not do, we run a truthful business and were sorry you felt that way. Tried to come to reason with you, over two phone calls, even adjusted our price and you were very rude and would not let either owner speak on both phone calls. Saying you would slander our name as your are right now, calling us liars and with no customer skills. With this being said, this is the second review you gave us. The first one you gave the same day after service and it was 5.0 across the board, said were great and helped you out promptly. As we can show proof of this. Then you change it to this review is totally inaccurate. Anyhow, we are sorry you felt this way, we wanted to resolve this nicely where it did not have to come to this, but not with someone acting the way you have. We do not hold grudges, and maybe someday in the future if you need our services we will be more than happy to talk with you and provide them for you. Thanks, Sir."
