I had a well-known plumber, recommended by my insurance, come out and look at my sewer line. They "evaluated" the issue and told me it would be $3000 to replace my sewage line because it had a crack in it. MR. MAC was straight forward about pricing and logical about his approach to figure out the best resolution for fixing my sewage line problems. He came out right at the time he said he would, listened then showed me what was happening as he FIXED my plumbing issue. I DID NOT NEED TO HAVE THE LINE REPLACED--THERE WERE NO CRACKS!!!! His fee was less than 10% of the $3000 quote. I will call him with any other plumbing issues...period.

Fulfilled promises and was accomidating to special circumstances. Was very pleasent and work was done well. Unfortunately had to come back a few times, charging us the minimum plus labor. It might have been unavoidable though. I'm not sure. He was ver nice and we will be asking him to do more work later.

Mr Mac Plumbing was very helpful in that he fixed plumbing problems that I did not even know I had. The company that installed my new water heater years ago installed the fixture upside down. This could have shortened the life of my water heater. Mr. Mac Plumbing corrected this problem and drained the water heater for me. I will definately recommend this service to my closest friend!
