They did the work professionally and very timely. I would highly recommend Mr-Paver. Thank you Matt and your crew for a terrific job of extending our patio in the back yard.

I hired Mr. paver to do some repair work around my pool deck. After completing the job I noticed a lot of problems with the work, so I called Matt, the owner. He came out, and told me he would have to send his crew out to fix all the problems before he could pressure wash and seal the pavers. They never came back out, and do not answer my calls, or return messages. I was lucky to get my deposit back, that I put on a credit card, after disputing the charge and it is still pending . Unfortunately I paid the rest in cash. Do not do business with this company, they are very dishonest.

I hired them via Home Advisor to level up our pool paver area. When completed, there remained the same dip over an area of about 14 feet. Nonetheless, I paid the balance 50% due. I contacted MrPaver via email and they said they would send someone to check the job. That was almost 30 days ago. and I have yet to hear back from them. Thus I would rate the quality of work 1 star and customer service at zero. Had they actually followed up and made the subsequent repair I would be a happy customer knowing that sometimes people mess up. The lack of follow-up, however, leaves a bad taste.

The pavers on my patio were lifting from tree roots. Matt was professional when he came out to give me an estimate. The work was done in a timely manner and I am very satisfied. I would recommend Mr-Paver.

Horrible ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are very careless and unprofessional and do sloppy work. Owner is nice but what is said at initial sales appointment will not be followed through. Employees did a horrible job. They did NOT clean the patio correctly or thoroughly. They left black all over and in between tiles after pressure washing and sealed right over it. They refused to correct their mistake and threatened to place a lien on my property if I didnt pay remaining balance. In addition to their sloppy work, they left sand all over my patio that created an even bigger mess. They also left sticky sand and sealer all over my screened in patio frame that will now need to be removed with a blade (because its stuck like glue). My patio looks the same if not dirtier than before. I was charged for a job that show 0 results and will need to be redone by an actual professional pressure wash company. This will now cost me more than double because I now have to pay someone else to remove the sealer they placed over the dirty tiles. Employees dont care about a job well done and the owner did NOT take ownership for for his employees carelessness and sloppiness. He never even called back to try to rectify the issue himself. His secretary was the only point of communication.

Hi Daniela, There are a few comments in your review where you failed honesty. We did try to rectify your complaints. Before asking for the remaining balance to be paid off, Matt the owner of Mr-Paver did stop by to do a job check. I did agree crew needed to come back and fix some areas. While you were sick with Covid, our crew managed to come back out. Unfortunately, it was not to your satisfaction. Again we tried sending the crew back out and that is when you refused and requested a discount (please note we have multiple text messages exchanged between me, the office, you, and your husband). To be fair on both sides, we offered a discount which you were not satisfied with. Not only did you refuse the discount, but you also refused to have any of our crews back out. At this point, there was not much we could have done if you were not willing to compromise. Claudia is not only a secretary; she is the office manager who is also capable of handling situations like this as she has been with the company for over 9 years and whom I trust. With that being said, we tried compromising with you as much as possible, and for every single business out there not all clients will be happy with the outcome.

Matt came by on time, gave us a fair estimate. Two weeks later the crew showed up on time and made my 8 year old travertine patio look new again. They removed roots from under the travertine, pressure cleaned and sealed on the same day, amazing!
