Charged us $150 to "snake" the line - which is still backing up - and quoted us a price of $5,000 to $10,000 to repair 25' of sewer line (which he believes is cracked or not connected properly) to the septic tank which he stated would "solve" any future problems - all without running a camera to show us that he knew what he was talking about...We contacted another plumber who charged $49.50 for the service call and then quoted us $500-$1,000 to rent a backhoe and replace the line...much better deal...

"This is Inaccurate information,Customer just didn't have the Money for the Repair, due Roots Growing though her pipes which she was shown, other Plumbing Contractor had been there before, and had problems with this Customer."

My experience with this Pro was remarkable. I had an emergency pipe burst )two pipes) in my tenants attic. Rosevelt contacted me immediately and understood the urgency of my problem he agreed to come within the hour, and did. He quickly located the problem, discussed the repair and the cost to repair. Upon our agreement he completed the job. He and his work were very professional. I would use this Pro again as well as recommend him to others.
