I hired Mr. Plumber in April to turn on and assess the condition of my residential plumbing. He identified several leaks and we agreed he would fix them. He claimed he needed several days because as he fixed one, he would identify another. He reported he had identified and fixed all. I paid him. Once I returned to the property, I learned the first problem we identified was never fixed. Since I did not live there, Mr. Plumber claimed he needed my keys and access to the house to fix the problem. I said I would not leave the keys but I would leave the shed open, where the plumbing problem was. After several months of delay, he claimed he would not do it unless I paid him more. I was not able to use the house for the entire summer. I was not able to work on upgrades to the house because we had not access to water. IT WAS A WASTE. If I knew he would do this, I would have never contracted with him.

Scott arrived very quickly to provide an estimate. He worked hard and provided good advice. He replaced a leaky valve behind my washer and moved it over a few inches to make access to it easier. Price was very reasonable. I would use Rooterman to the Rescue again.

They contacted me as soon as I finished my request. Even though they were an hour late for the appointment, I was very satisfied with their work and would hire them again.

Person from company was available right away. Galvanized section of drain was blocked with buildup from years of use. They cut out that section and replaced with PVC, cleared all the drains that fed into that section. I have not had any issues since. The charge was a bit steeper for the extra work (around 375) but this issue was plaguing our older home for some time. Glad its been done.

My Emergency happened on a Sunday night and Scott e-mailed me right away. He was booked up the next day and came to my house anyway, We thought it was just a leak but Scott found out it was a bad clog. He stayed late and worked until it was fixed. The price was so reasonable I couldn't believe it. Both guys were so nice and cleaned up everything. I am not used to workers being so qualified, experienced, courteous and reasonably priced. It made my whole week.
