Water Heater Installation and Replacement
The company installed a GCR-40 and it failed in 10 months. The company will not repair it and is not honoring their warranty. Look elsewhere.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
They were in a rush the whole time they were at my home. When they got the hot water heater near the closet, they said it would not fit. I said it better because it was measured by another associate a few days ago. They said there was nothing they could do. None the less, they finally got it in. Since my old hot water heater was leaking, there was some water that needed to be removed. They asked me for rags which I had none. They again said there was nothing they could do. Shouldnt plumbers have that sort of stuff on their truck? They were also sarcastic. This was the worst and I got this plumber from Home Advisor. I am very disappointed.

There was an initial misunderstanding on the scope and price but it worked out just fine. Tech was excellent and efficient. Found their prices to be cheaper than other plumbers I had give estimates. I'm happy..
