they came out, gave us a quote and we decided to hire them. We had them do a disposal and work on the dishwasher, both are still leaking, we feel like we were overcharged, and we cannot get them to come back out and repair their work.

I hired Tony & Lisa to fix my Dishwasher. They responded quickly & agreed to meet my mom at my house the next day. Tony evaluated the dishwasher and told me it would be a total of $157.00 with a new part he could install the next day. My mom returned to my house and met Tony & he installed the new part and was paid $157.00. When I came home and turned on my dishwasher, it did not work and had the same exact problem. Tony came back and said it needed a different part that he would order. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago. He won't answer any calls or voice mails, no repsonse but he kept the $157.00 & my dishwasher does not work. DO NOT HIRE HIM

Did not provide service as they said they would. Does not answer several phone calls and has not returned the money that was paid for repair and parts that were not accomplished . They are very UNRELIABLE and I recomend that should anyone need service not to utilized this firm.

Mr. Reliable is terrible! The first appointment we had with him he showed up three hours late. He said that he needed to order parts and that we needed to pay him first. My wife paid him and he hasn't showed up or called about getting our work done! This was over a week ago. We try to call him, but he doesn't answer the phone or call back after we leave a message. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!

They did do emergency visit but was very expensive. Did not come the day they promised and would not return phone calls. Finally got in touch with them and returned to install icemaker. After their visit I discovered my fridge NO LONGER WORKED! I lost ALL the food in my fridge. Called and they said they would return two days ago. Said they would return within the next two days but never did. I am now going to have to purchase a new fridge! VERY disappointed...the very opposite of MR. RELIABLE.

"We did save your house from flooding and tell you what was wrong and didnt charge you the price of a normal after hours service call on emergency at 11 pm on a saturday night! We through in an additional part to fix the the water leak as well but we have other customers that we scheduled in advance and we told you we would come out asap and was going to fit you in this morning.If we didnt come out and stop the leak your house may have been damaged more than it was!The bad rating you put on us is uncalled for because we are very professional and give a 90 day we will take care of it but bear with us we have other clients we have to take care."

Came out to assess the project..said he would return in 2 days for the repair..it took almost a week..said delay was due to the wrong part being ordered..ok but I had to call to find that out..we thought all was well once the repair was complete..appliance stopped working for the same reason TWO days after the "repair"..called him back to inform him of the problem..said he would come back within 2 days..its been a week and we have not heard from him although multiple calls have been made..tried to email..found out address does not exist..said he provided a 90 day warranty on all work..does not seem to be the case..VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Tony was so friendly and was able to come to my house and check out my refrigerator in 3 hours after I contacted him. He fixed my refrigerator on that same visit. Great service!
