Write a ReviewWe had water damage while on vacation. He assessed the damage before we were able to get home. He was very helpful in informing us of the extensive damage. Advised us. Very helpful and professional.
This crew arrived promptly and ready to go to work fixing my flood. All of them were kind, and respectful trying to calm down a hysterical great- grandmother! I have rarely seen a company so competent. I would recommend Mr. Restore to everyone.
I suffered a slab leak and came home to a flooded house. I hired this company after my insurance agent allowed me to select my own mitigation company. I will admit, Clint (owner) was very professional and sympathetic to my needs. Because of this, I hired them and the water mitigation began. The field supervisor (Jeff) and his team were very professional and did a great job. It was during this process that they offered the "rebuild" process and I signed them up to do the job. After my house was dry, I set up a field adjustor to come out and assess the damages. Mr Restore was not going to even show up because they were extremely busy with other jobs. But low and behold, the construction supervisor (Jake) showed up. During the assessment, Jake didn't say anything to my insurance field adjustor. After the assessment (approx 1hr) was done, both adjustor and Jake left. Upon receiving the scope of repairs from my insurance company, I immediately forwarded it to the project manager (Mark Goacher). I was told it would be reviewed within "24-48hrs". When I followed up on the 2nd day, Mark was very short with me and I expressed my concern with his poor customer service. He then suggested "we part ways" so I took him up on his offer. A week later, I received a bill for $584 dollars!! Immediately, I inquired about this bill and Mark claimed it was for Jake's time on the job. I pointed out that Jake didn't do anything but stand there. To support their billing, I requested documentation. It took Mark almost all day to get it to me even though he admitted he was in his office. By the end of the day, I received Mr Restore's scope of repairs which emulated my insurance adjustor's initial assessment. The only difference was a difference of $1000. When confronted about the "SHADY PRACTICE", Mark kept referring to the contractual agreement I signed. He also threatened me with their ability to actually charging me more based on the company's ability to make a "PROFIT"!! I always knew if you let someone talk long enough and give them enough rope, they'll eventually hang themselves and Mark did just that. I knew it was all about making a profit and even though Jake did nothing, they still billed me 10 hours worth of work that could not be supported. I STRONGLY ADVISE CONSUMERS TO BE MINDFUL OF TRICKY BUSINESS PRACTICES LIKE THIS SO THAT THEY DO NOT FALL PREY TO THE SHADY LEGAL JAGON THAT ALLOWS SHADY BUSINESSES LIKE THIS TO MAKE IMMEASURABLE PROFITS ON OUR PERSONAL CATASTROPHES BY BILLING OUR INSURANCES ASTRONOMICAL FIGURES!!!
They did a great job in a timely fashion. I was impressed with the workmen.
Thank you Gloria, we love our team!
I had a basement with several inches of water in it. Jeff Simpson came out quickly and started the work. It was finished that day. I was extremely pleased. Jeff and Isidro were polite, did the work exactly as I asked. My husband who used to take care of this type of repairs passed away recently, and these guys came to my rescue. I appreciate the work they did and will use them again if I should need them and would recommend them to my friends
Thank you Gloria, glad to help!
Mr Restore uses highly specialized instrumentation and top notch technicians with professionalism to get your home back to tip top shape fast.
Thank you Mike-always glad to help!
Efficient and effective in the way they operate.
Glad to help, thank you for the kind words.
When you get the call that your water heater has burst...trust me, you panic! My water heater is located in the attic on the second floor, which mean water is pouring through the ceiling, down the walls, and flooding the entire downstairs, while saturating the carpet and wood floors. I immediately went to www.TheGoodContractorsList.com and found the amazing guys at Mr. Restore. Did I mention this was a Sunday afternoon and that did not stop the quick response. I talked to Clint, the owner, and he dispatched his crew immediately. They assessed the situation and then started to remedy the situation. They rolled in 26 industrial fans, 3 dehumidifiers, a thermal imaging camera that allowed them to calculate the moisture behind the walls without having to tear out the drywall. Five days later, my house was dry, and because they were able to dry in place, there was minimal repairs required. They were truly professional and understanding. Mr Restore has an incredible program that sends updates everyday, with pictures and progress made, and the moisture readings that provided reassurance to me and my family. I did not know who to call, but I will tell you now, I recommend Mr. Restore over and over again...call them now!
Thank you Eva for the kind words!
I was driving back from another state when I received word that my house was being flooded by torrential rains from the roof. Clint from Mr. Restore took my call late that Saturday afternoon and immediately dispatched one of his crews to go assess the situation. One can understand the feeling of being totally helpless and being hours away. The water had been cascading into our home for a few hours at that point. Clint and his crew immediately began the emergency response procedures to remove water and damaged areas to begin to dry out the house. Clint responded with a very thorough assessment
Glad we could help, thank you Lee!
Mr. Restore did the job to my complete satisfaction. The sales representative was easy to work with and honest in his assertions. The crew did an admirable job. I have no hesitation in calling on them in the future or recommending them to others.
Thank you Bob, we are glad to help.
