We called other companies and they never called back! They were quick and efficient in fixing the problem. Samsung waited over 4 days to call us with a company and then it was over a week out! We will definitely call them with all our appliance repairs.

Will was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He arrived on schedule. Diagnosed the problem with our wall oven, ordered the part and came back quickly to repair it. GE Appliances was not sending someone out for 2 weeks. These folks were here the next day. If I have any issues, will call them again. Recommend highly.

Though this was a lengthy gas stove repair, time wise, with four visits (Samsung sent faulty parts to our address for installation work) the whole endeavor was made easier because of Appliance Grandmaster's call in center attention to our problem, prompt scheduling and a very attentive bilingual technician. We appreciate the attention to covid protocol adhered to by the company. Add to this, ~ a six month warranty for all work / parts rendered. Cost of quality repairs these days does not come cheap, but upfront cost analysis was appreciated.

These guys were responsive and helpful. We needed to replace the control board on a dishwasher. The board was under warranty and Billy helped us navigate that effort. He had to come back to install it once the part was shipped to our house. Scheduling the second visit was easy and he was prompt and responsive once again. I look at all these repair guys like doctors and dentists...I always hope I don't need their services, but if I do then I am glad I know someone reliable and qualified.

The service call is $89; if they have to order parts and come back, that amount is deducted from what s due. In my case, the parts ordered did not fix the problem but they did not charge me an additional service fee on their second visit.

Repairmen were courteous throughout this experience. Unfortunately, when a part was replaced, my dryer was not properly put back together. It was a minor issue and the company responded quickly to fix the problem but it still was troubling. I will also say, Mr. Rogers discovered that the manufacturer had upgraded the part they just replaced and contacted me to come out and put in the upgraded part at no additional charge.

They contacted me immediately And texted with me last night about my situation. He came this afternoon and tested my oven and fixed my computer board on the spot! Saved me a lot of money from getting a new one and I have a year warranty!!! Very happy with this company and will recommend them to anyone.
