I hired Mr. Roger and his team to install hardwood flooring throughout my mother's home. We are very pleased at the professionalism and quality of their work. Job well Done Mr. Roger and Team!

Highly recommend Mr. Rogers Flooring!! The upper level newly refinished hardwood floors of our North Hills Raleigh, 58 year old home, look beautiful, amazing, like brand new!! We will definitely have them back to refinish the main floors. Mr. Rogers has a strong work ethic and attention to detail beyond measure!! Thank-You!!

Awful experience. Rude, unprofessional, and I am left with floors that look terrible. Job is supposedly done but flooring looks awful. Floor was laid decently, a few issues here and there but is overall okay. But finish has huge streaks and white splotches everywhere. I told Rogers the exact stain/poly to use at the start. He installed the floors, but either forgot about my request or ignored, and ended up using the wrong finish. He admitted the mistake and agreed to re-sand the entire house. After re sanding, he applied the correct stain/poly, but it looked awful. Had 2 flooring pros come to look at the job and both said it is because he did not fully sand the floors before refinishing. Some of the poly remained, so the new stain/poly did not absorb. Now he is trying to blame on the materials and refuses to fix the mistake. There were no complaints about materials earlier. I told him I am not paying the final bill until the job is done right. He threatened legal action, then sent a letter with notice of intent to lien. Other crap I had to deal with: - Now Rogers is claiming he did not use the wrong poly in the first place. This is crazy, I have text/photo proof. - He insulted me several times over text, called me cheap and said I need to learn how to read an estimate - Workers left doors open all day. Was cold out and they set heat to 85. Heater broke and cost $900 to fix. - Rogers said to buy X stair treads at $50 each. I have 9 left over, so $450 down the drain (non refundable) Had he used the correct stain/poly to begin with, I think the job may have turned out okay. They did decent work, but the lengths he going to avoid correcting his mistakes are unlike anything I have seen. Easily the most unprofessional experience I have had in my life.

Were challenged by the job of installing extra hard (ironwood) flooring and did an excellent job. Good team that got the job done efficiently. Would very much recommend for hardwood installations.

He is knowledgeable, professional and possesses an all business attitude toward his craft. Excellent experience from start-to-finish.

Excellent service and above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the completed job. The clean up and all furniture was returned to its rightful place.

Mr Rogers came the next day. Finished it in 1 day. Cleaned up and left everything neat and clean. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely call on him again.

Excellent work to fix buckled hardwood floor. Was able to do the work same day and cleaned up after. Would never know they were ever there. They were always very polite and answered all my questions. Also informed me of the reasons for the buckling. When it is time to replace the floor, definitely going to use them.

Made a mess of my floors. Damaged legs of my Wolfe range. Damaged walls, moldings. Missed multiple areas to apply product and dripped multiple sections of poly coating in more than 5 places. Killed bush out front by pouring out used stain. Dripped on driveway. Never returned to repair or attempt to repair any of this damage.

Very pleasant and did the project quickly but thoroughly.

Mr. Rogers came in with a very affordable quote and were able to start the job right away.

Mr. Rogers Hardwood Flooring did great work on a flooring patch job. They were able to complete the job within our tight time frame, and the quality of their work was very good. Mr. Rogers was very friendly and easy to work with. I definitely recommend this business.
