The sales rep Kenny Low was outstanding. very detailed. Didn't pressure us. He explained the procedure from start to finish. Showed us the window and then gave us a price quote and did all the measurements. Explained the deals available. They weren't the lowest quote but the quality was worth the money. The others didn't have the warranty that Mr. Rogers had. The quote was guaranteed for 1 full year. We of course hired them. The installation crew came out. They removed every window and installed every window in half a day. I had 11 or 12 windows. The crew that came out were very clean and wore booties over their shoes. They cleaned all the debris and mess inside and out before they left. They did such a good job we had them come back and install 2 doors.
