They were quick and did a great job

Poor communication: Received the quote in November and made a down-payment, and the seller said Mr. Roof would contact us in the next week to schedule the time which would probably happen in December. I didn't hear anything and eventually called in April to schedule a time. The roofers damaged 4 bushes in front of the house and I reached out to Mr Roof. They were vague and did not respond further. There is a corner on top of the flat roof where water stands for half a day after rain. I asked Mr Roof whether this is a problem but didn't receive a clear answer. The roofers left quite some debris around the house since the old roof was concrete tiles. It took me two hours to pick-up debris. The roof looks good, hence a good result. But the communication and process was quite poor.

Mr. Roof refuses to address any leaky roof situation. Roof was installed 6/20 and every time it rains it leaks from my skylights. There is zero communication from techs as to whether or not they came out or not. I have to call to find out if someone showed or not. Despite the repairs, the skylights still leak with every rain. Condensation builds up on the skylights. They thought it was a humidity issue, but when monitoring the humidity it is a stable 36%, which is not enough to cause 24/7 condensation. I sent pictures to some repairmen not associated with Mr. Roof. They called the manufacturers who make those style skylights. The two conclusions would be humidity or a broken seal in the skylights. After reporting this back to Mr. Roof, the manager I was supposed to get a call back from never called back. This is a common occurrence. Apparently he is in 8 hour meetings all day and cannot concern himself with talking to a customer upset with a leaky roof that has bee going on for 1.5 years now. This wasn't the only time the manager had avoided me. On at least 5 other calls, he was supposed to call back and he hasn't. The half a star rating is because the tech AJ has actually communicated with me and has tried to help. I cannot say that for the rest if the company.

Installation crew were pros. 19sq roof, complete underlay tear off to reshingle; 6 guys showed up at dawn and finished by dinner; thorough clean up and looks great. No choice but to pay full price in current market. Quality work, definitely recommend.

You save a lot of time by hiring someone to do this work. Don't try to do this by yourself.

The job was completed in one day, and it looks great. I'm very grateful that they were able to take on this job faster than any other company could. Water was coming into my house and the last couple of storms that we had would have caused major problems. No one could beat their price! I would highly recommend this company!
