A storm in April blew 6 singles off my shed. I quickly got an estimate and they came within a week of my accepting their bid. When there was a storm in June that rumpled the repaired area of the shed roof, they came and repaired the damage for no charge. The repairman that came is very polite and nice. I plan to call them to do guttering in the future.

If you hire these guys, you need to know more about gutters than they do. They initially installed with no diverter behind the gutters from the roof so water leaked down behind the gutters and leaked like crazy. When called to their attention, they sent someone out and he fixed the problem. We have two gullies in our roof, and they did not add a water diverter to slow down the water from the gullies so that it didn't flow over the gutters. We had to go to Home Depot and purchase and install the diverters. They are nice people and very prompt, but not very capable.

In August 2018, I spoke with the owner about an estimate. We agreed to the job. He sent out a brand new employee of his (who touted himself as a 20-year painter) to remove the existing gutters. The first thing that happened was that employee began removing the downspouts, too, which we had determined we would leave in place. A call to the owner resolved that. That evening, I found a lot of metal debris all around the house. There were also a couple of large potted plants that had been damaged as I could not remove them myself prior to the arrival of the worker. If they needed to be removed, I would have really appreciated knowing that AND having a little help pulling them back away from the house. After the gutters were installed, I requested a walk off the job due to a few issues that needed to be addressed. I was told the owner was not available that day but payment was needed. I paid but asked that the owner come back out to walk the job. Heavy rain occurred prior to that event. When the owner arrived, I pointed out areas where the slope of the gutters was wrong so the water did not run to the downspouts but collected between them and gushed over the gutter sides. He did have the workers return to correct that. There were a couple of other small matters he was asked to handle... and said he would... but never returned. It was a pretty disappointing experience with a substantial lack of communication once the work was underway. I would not recommend this company.

Roof sustained damage after high winds and storms. Shingle roof repair was completed quickly and on a very cold day. Color match on the 12 years old roof is almost perfect. Can barely tell that a repair was made. John and his crew came out on a Saturday after the rains to complete this job. I would use this company again for all my roof needs.

Had a sealant application done in January of 2016. The roof continued to leak after several returns by the workers and owner himself. A lawsuit was filed and the owner John L. never responded or showed up for court in Limestone County. A summary judgment was handed down in my favor and no chance of ever collecting from the owner or the business. Eventually had to repay someone else to do the job correctly.

The company installed a patio awning and replaced some of the gutters they removed. The awning leaks in several places. Gutters leaked more water running behind the gutter instead of in it. I have called 5 times with no results but did call said he would come by but after about 2 months I don't think he will show.

Work was done quickly and cleanly. John and his crew cleaned up all around the work area! I'm very pleased.

Nice people but had to call them back out twice to correct errors in installation.

Work was done in a timely manner. John the owner, went out of his way to please me.

easy process, fast quality install for a great price

They got there when they said they would, which is a big plus for me. They got the roof off and installed a new one and there was no clean up for me. The owner, John is very nice and was honest with me with what i needed to have done. I would use him again.

They came out and did a quote quickly and completed the work quickly, too. The price was a little higher than other quotes I received, but the description of required repairs was more thorough without feeling like they were adding on repairs to boost the bill. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend them.
