They were over an hour late and never called. The price was $150.00 and we were not told that the price of any additional work was also at $150.00. We had three drains plunged (using our plunger) not routed out.

They came same day, got a call when coming, fixed the clog and cleaned everything up really well! ??

This company was the best we've used in years. They arrived in a timely manner, efficiently unclogged a drain and installed a garbage disposal. They were very professional and clean. I highly recommend them for their excellent work and fair prices.

Mike and Montel were wonderful. They came out and helped us with the clogged drain for a very reasonable rate. They were efficient, professional, and personable. They explained the larger issue going on and walked us through how to manage it moving forward.

They were fast, thorough, and kept me informed about the whole process.

3 people came to remove the clog in the bathtub. They were courteous and professional. Finished the job quit. It would have been great if they wore shower caps over their shoes, particularly with the Covid situation. The price of $140 was little expensive.

Very unprofessional approach, when they first came, three people showed up and later two more. They were a total of five people who came to my place making the place crowded for doing nothing, accompanying each other they fixed the shower handle replaced, fixed a pip which was liking water to the basement floor, and cleaned the water. In the end, they charged me $740, it was overkilling. I was charged unfairly and the guy was very disrespectful. I called the guy back after a week because I was hearing a wheezy noise from the faucet he changed, he told me that I do not have a warranty on my service. I had to call a different company to come and fix the Mr. Root out messed up and I paid more. I really do not recommend Mr. Rooter out Plumbing. They roped me for simple work.

They came within 2 hours of calling, and the service took about half an hour. $160 was a reasonable price for a plumbing call, and they were upfront about costs and the work they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

We called them to snake our basement drain. First time, I made an appointment for a few days later at 10am. They didnt come and called at 11:30am, so we had to reschedule. The next time they came the same day we called. However, they quoted us $120 and charged us $170. They said the increase in price was because of the radon cover, but they didnt let us know that until after they had done the job. Not only that, but when they re-caulked the radon cover, they did an extremely sloppy job. The caulk is all over the place, even on the wall next to the cover. I wouldnt recommend their work.

Mr. Root saved me thousands of dollars. Other Plummers where trying to convince me to dig up my backyard and bust up the cement in my basement. He came with his camera and told me I did not need that work done he fixed my problem right away inside the house he is a very professional and reliable plumber I will always use him when I need work done
