I was please with the company, we did have some initial problems, but have done a great job making everything better and I am very please.

The two technicians who performed the service seemed knowledgeable and were very professional. They cleared out my French drain tile system until I was satisfied with the flow.

The plumber that they sent was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came up with a solution and we scheduled the work right away. On the day of the repair he worked quickly and it appears to be a quality repair. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I believe the price was pretty high for the job. In fairness I did not get other estimates because I wanted it done immediately and I couldn’t take a lot of time away from work, but I do think it was overpriced. I’d recommend this company if you get a few different estimates.

He also explained why my dishwasher wasn't draining.

They do stand behind their work. The customer supplied (ie, used) dishwasher I had them install I found was siphoning water from the disposer when it was filled up with water from large dumps (water-filled pots, etc). I called and within 3 hours they came out, the plumber who initially did the work called first and told me he'd be by in 15 minutes. He used the old dishwasher drain hose to lengthen the one with the new (to us) dishwasher, and then tested it out for us, and the "break" (a type of P trap he made with the flexible hose) worked and then we also tested to make sure the dishwasher itself was going to completely drain. While he was there I mentioned that the customer supplied gas range (also used) oven wasn't lighting. I had already made arrangements to have a repair service come out. He said I think I know what this is, pulled the range out, twisted some sort of lever and voila -- the oven broiler and bake elements lit off. I canceled the repair service saving me at least $200. The plumber also installed new laundry hookup shutoffs (the old ones were stripped, I wanted the "ball" type rather than the gate type. That was a quick and efficient fix. The appliances were much more time consuming due to having to make adjustments to get them to fit in the spaces.

Yes, they fixed my toilet (simple job inside the tank), and since the price for just walking in the door was so high- I asked for them to fix a leaking pipe at the joint. Simple job to unscrew, welding tap or weld to seal. They did not have the equipment and would have to come back and it would be another $276.00. This just seems wrong to me. Shouldn't they be prepared to do smaller jobs when they're there.

They gave a quote for the scope of work and it took us a few weeks to get back to them. I am very pleased with end results, cleanliness and the access panels, which were necessary to reach water lines. And as an added bonus, we were given a discount membership for other affiliate vendors! I have a property in Philadelphia that will need, plumbing etc., and I will use them or one of their member vendors.

Honest and fair. Saved me a new pump but finding the problem wasn't the pump but the floats; trustworthy as they worked in our home without us there to solve the problem. Great job.
