Rudest people I have dealt with during the entire remodel process. Do not use. I spoke with the manager, who was also very rude, and said the owner would contact me in regards to the leaking pipes they installed and he never called back.

Service fast and efficient. Faucets fixed within two hours of initial phone contact. Price seemed a little high for time/complexity of job but I realize there are those expensive indirect business costs. Glad to have problems taken care of without waiting til next day. Thanks Michael (the plumber)

I was very pleased with the gentleman who did the repair. The disposal was shot and he showed me what was wrong and the choice I had to replace it with. The cleanup after was very good.

I work for a homebuilder in the East Grand Rapids area so ordinarily I would have called my plumber from work. Being the Saturday of New Years weekend, I could not get my work plumber and needed immediate attention for the basement leak. Not only was I delighted with the quick response from Mr. Rooter's Eric, I have to tell you, I was absolutely dazzled with his customer service. My job at Legacy Homes is customer service and warranty work. I could not have been more pleased that Eric wore the booties, was there sooner than he thought he would be, finished the job in less than 20 minutes with no mess, and charged a very fair rate. The price was high, but the work was great. $810. to fix the cracked elbow on a sewer drain and to re-pipe the kitchen sink plumbing, plus running a mechanical machine through the main plumbing to open up the flow of the drains. I suppose, in all, being that it was quite a job, the price was worth it. Just seems like a lot of money, but as I think about it, it was also a lot of work. So, I would have to say that I would absolutely hire this company again to do any kind of plumbing work. They did a great job and I got what I paid for, for sure. Thanks!
