problem was reported. changed and charged me for parts that did not fix the problem. I called the office and explained this to them, they said they would call me back, they never did.

I had asked over the phone for a quote and was not given one. They sent the driver with his truck and it was then that I was told of the price ($335 for half hour work), higher then I expected. I had to tell the driver to do the test listed on the bill (test water in the house etc) before I sign or make any payment. Wiil not be useing this company in the future,I am sure I can get a better price!

The service was excellent. The only problem was the first appointment we made the service never showed. When I called the next day I was told it was an error the scheduler made. We decided to give them another chance. The plumber who came was wonderful!
