The technician had to come back a second time because it was dark the first night and unsafe to clear a drain in the dark. We rescheduled for a time that was convenient for you. Your particular drain required two different size cables and three technicians over the course of over 4 hours to clear. That equates to less than $75 per hour that you were charged, which is a very fair and competitive price in our area. Not all drains require this much attention, and yours may not required this much attention the next time.
