HOME OWNER AND BUSINESS BEWARE!!!This company is out of Veradale Washington not a local company. Made a appointment for a valve move up and drain change from bathtub to a tiled shower. A day before they call and say the appointment has to be changed why make an appointment The technician not plumber shows up with a I pad to take hour long pictures of job. When the technician was finished with pictures he said it will be 1300. I should of told him no thank you but the tile installers were waiting for the valve to be moved and drain installation. The technician did not like my comment bunch of thieves he went to his truck called his boss came back and said I spoke to my boss and he said that they were offended by comment and refused to do the job. He did do it. To move the valve and replace drain took from 130 pm to 422pm. The times do not include the hour long pictures to I pad. Once finished the technician says If you buy our advantage plan for 199. Scam. I will discount the amount. SCAM. So I have the advantage plan with a company I would never let back on my property. If I had hired a journeyman plumber for an hour it would of been completed with way less cost. 366.66 an hour is outrageous!!!

He was on time and went to work on the problem right away. He checked every step as he accomplished the bottom line which was fixing the problem within a fair amount of time, he did a good job. I will differently call them again.

The summary of the scope of work had very insulting wording on the billing statement. The business was not able to correct the issue so they sent us another e-mail. The business was more concern about the statement going to Corporate then the Customer. The installer and scheduler was very professional but the business issues are not worth our time or money.
