The company sent a picture of the tech who would be arriving. He explained what he was going to try to fix the problem. The repair person even cleaned the mess in the tub and floor in front when complete. Price seemed reasonable as I had not had this type of job done before.

I was contacted very quickly by Kim at Mr. Rooter, and got my service scheduled for the same day. Dave, our technician, was ahead of schedule, assessed the problem and explained his plan before proceeding. I would recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing and will certainly call them again when I need some plumbing services.

As soon as I submitted my request for a plumber I received a call from Mr. Rooter. The representative was very nice and helpful. She informed me that they could have someone come out within a couple of hours! His office also emailed me a pic and identification information of the serviceman that was going to be entering my house for my security. service rep was very professional and provided me with an upfront estimate. He was able to complete the work I needed and provided me with another estimate for future work that needs to be addressed.

The technician's name was Nick. He was great! Came out on Easter bc we had a pipe blocked so it backing up in the basement. He located the blockage with a camera, showed us pictures, cleared it & flushed the pipe. Huge roots blocking the pipe to sewer main. Done in time for our family's Easter dinner! Thanks Nick!

Mr. Rooter is exceptionally overpriced. They provide prompt service, but are always trying to upsell you at their visit. They installed my gas line quickly and efficiently. For a separate issue, I called them to get an estimate for a sewer line replacement. Their quote was insulting. I will not be using Mr. Rooter again.
