Provide an invoice. The service and the technician were great. I think the price is much too high. And there was a problem with the technician's tablet and he could not provide me an invoice. He had to call his supervisor on what to charge me and he committed that an invoice would be mailed to me. I have not received the invoice. I want the invoice.

The plumber was polite, thorough and fully competent. As we discussed my needs, it became clear that he was driven and limited by the menu on his iPad, which seemed much like a fast food menu, naming only specific tasks and prices. Mr. Rooter does not seem to offer plumbing services by the hour. I accepted his bid to replace the kitchen faucet. We located a suitable replacement faucet, and work began. The plumber identified some problems with two shut-off valves, and he quoted me the add-on price for the additional work. I accepted his quote, and he completed both tasks. When he presented his bill, the amount exceeded the total of the two quotes. He then explained that the lower price he quoted for the additional valve work was a member price, but that I was not a member. We had no further discussion of membership, and I paid his bill. Throughout the sales, quotation, and settlement phases, I felt pressured into higher priced packages and deceptive quotations. However, the work performed was top quality, and the plumber demonstrated great perserverance and attention to detail. The last time I had similar work done, I paid the plumber 20% as much, and then I felt a little scalped. Today was much more costly.

Will Smith was very professional and did a great job installing my new water heater which was in an upstairs closet. Time was of the essence to avoid flooding of my condo. I also thought rates were fair.

Initially, the technician was called to fix a T&P valve on our Rheem hot water heater. He then put a new cut off valve for the water to the hot water heaters. After installing the new T&P valve, it was making a noise, and he then checked our water pressure. We had double the amount of water pressure than we should have. That water pressure is what blew the valve on the water heater. He then discovered after 22 years of pressure on the cut off valve to the whole house, that that valve was leaking, so he installed a new inline cut off valve. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He had to cancel all of his other appointments and stayed until the job was complete. And left no mess behind. He helped us avoid real water problems down the road.

The plumbing contractor came and would not give me a final price until the end of the project. It ended up to be a costly resolve for this project. Final cost was $350.00 I mentioned to the plumber in the beginning that I had the coupon they had used in advertising for this project. It was for $149.00. I asked the contractor if this coupon would apply to my service and he said yes. When I went to use the coupon,the plumber would not only not allow me to use this coupon, but he would not tell me why I could not apply it to this job. My husband came home and we discussed what had happened, he called and had left a voice mail to call him. We have not received a return call from this company. I would not recommend this company.

The employees / Installers are unqualified, period. The manager identified as Ari Simmons and the two employees sent to install new Kitchen, under mount sink and faucet, soap dispenser and hot water heater and water filtration system needed to complete the new quartz counter tops. They never finished the job, water leaked several times from the water filtration installation. They actually were unable to determine what parts they needed to complete the repairs, they were surly, unprofessional and held up the kitchen Tile installer from the Tile Installer. Also, there was an electrician that observed the whole process. In order to complete the kitchen project I had to find another source who identified that the readily available part required to install and stop the leaking water no less than four times. They just walked away from the job completely without cause. I fully intend to recover the money I am out of for their non service and incomplete service. When I contacted Ari, he has no answers or no resolution to rectify. We have contacted Ari Simmons several times who fails to respond to our complaints. We fully intend to contact the BBB and also the State of Georgia Department of Consumer repairs. We paid the Amount of $870.00 for uncompleted work. We paid an additional amount of $400.00 which we fully intend to recover, it does not cover the aggravation and lost time which could be another claim depending on how accurately this claim is? I truly felt Mr. Simmons was a man of honor I was wrong. Our Kitchen renovation was complete and looks good with no thanks to Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Athens Ga. They were kind & professional did a good job but a bit pricey

Initially, I thought their work was good but when we discovered an additional leak and we call them on Saturday even thou they were listed as 24/7, no one could come out either Saturday or Sunday. We spoke with the owner on Sunday, and he said someone will come out on Monday morning. When the same technician came out he said that the leak was on the left side of what he originally fixed. And therefore he would have to charge us an additional $372.08. he said it was because the pipe was at a T intersection. But my husband, who is an engineer, and I believe that it was part of the original problem to begin with. When my husband said he did not agree to pay an additional price my husband asked to talked to the technician's boss. Jack who is the technician got angry and stated that my husband was disrespectful and not listening to him and threatening him, then jack left. I tried to mediate between my husband and jack, but jack left. My husband called the owner of the company, Ani Simmons, but she has not returned the calls just yet. We chose Mr. Rooter over 2 other companies, because of their good reviews but we will not use this company again.

The person was very courteous and was very knowledgeable about what we needed done. The estimate was fair and the work was done very quickly. So overall we are very pleased with the whole experience. This company is someone we will use in the future.

These guys have their program together. They came in looked at the faucet, pulled up the barcode said this is the price. If it looks good another tech comes in does his magic leaves the sight in perfect condition.
