Dan, plumber from Roto Rooter, explained what/why he was going to replace the water return cartridge in the toilet water. He also explained why often times this device needs replacing though it had been replaced less than a year ago.

The technician Darli was very professional and did excellent work. Two toilets were replaced and there was no mess. He worked efficiently and double checked his work. I highly recommend.

We had a problem with one of our toilets having marginal flushing power. After trying the usual parts replacement, to no avail, we ran out of time and decided (reluctantly) to call a plumber. a friend suggested Mr. Rooter, who he had used. Brandon showed up, on-time and spotless and quickly demonstrated to me the problem (internal calcate problem). We elected to replace the unit. In a short 2 hours the new toilet was picked up installed and tested (OK) and the old one hauled away. A+ for Brandon and thank you *mr. rooter*

He just completed exterior faucet R & R with interior inline ball cock shut off valve. We are completely satisfied with that outcome as well. rhh

I had a great experience with Mr. Rooter and would highly recommend them. They came out for a leaky faucet, knocking pipes, and a shower head replacement that I couldn’t remove myself. Within the first five minutes, Dillon diagnosed and fixed the knocking pipes—turns out a valve under the sink had been partially closed. For the leaky faucet, Dillon found that the cartridges were corroded and took the extra step of calling his supervisor, Paul, for a second opinion. In the end, a full replacement was the right solution. They even drove out to the warehouse to get a Moen replacement set that was the closest match to what we had, which also came with a lifetime warranty. The work was done professionally, efficiently, and with excellent communication throughout the entire process. I’m very satisfied with the service and would absolutely use Mr. Rooter again.

I recently moved back into my childhood home in April-- as I strategized what repairs & updates that I needed to do, I realize that I'd been putting off updating/replacing one of the main copper stack pipes in my basement which was showing signs of corrosion (& beginning to leak). Adam & Ivan from Mr. Rooter Plumbing showed up this AM, assessed the issues, provided a reasonable estimate & after I approved it, they did the work. I appreciated their time, honesty & hard work--after they were done, they explained everything they did and I was very happy/satisfied with the results (see photos below). I'm glad I decided to do this work NOW rather than wait til the holidays, etc.-- This is the 2nd time Mr. Rooter Plumbing serviced my house & I highly recommend them-- THANK YOU, Adam, Ivan & Mr. Rooter!

Dave from Mr. Rooter of Cleveland got here earlier than expected which was a huge help because it was an urgent plumbing issue (pipe leaking in basement). He was able to get it all done in one day and he worked hard and very efficiently and the final results of the pipes and toilet replacement — as well as the work on the sink and tub — were excellent. Very high quality work and Dave was a courteous pro. I really appreciate it. Dave and the Mr. Rooter team will definitely be my go-to plumber going forward.

Charlie did an ecellent job. He arrived on time,eplained what he had to do and completed the work within the time frame he stated. I can't say anything bad about the office or the service, definately I will be telling my friends to use Mr. Electric for all electric and plumbing needs.
