Bathtub Installation and Replacement
We want to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Rooter and his team for the wonderful service they provided for our home. Very professional and courteous. They redesigned the old bathroom to make it more modern and accessible if future plumbing problems arise. They went out of their way to help us when we had a leaky gas pipe and that needed fixing as well as an inspection from National Grid. Hubby and I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Rooter.

I was isolated at home with a broken leg, in the middle of winter, when my old propane hot water heater died. This company answered the first call I made to them & sent a technician to evaluate the heater the same day. Their team came the next day to take out the old heater and professionally install a new one. They handled everything from A-Z, and the new water heater works perfectly. Their prices were fair & honest and they explained every cost to me. Every single person in this company was so kind & compassionate - from the person handling the phone &, scheduling to the technicians to the owner. Thank you to all of them! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter of Saratoga & would go no where else for future plumbing needs.

John installed a new fireplace and his contractor Preston Peacock installed a new mantel, built a platform hearth and installed ceramic tile around the fireplace.It was an excellent experience from beginning to end dealing with John and Preston and I would highly recommend both of them.

It was an awesome experience. I was left with a mess when a plumber I hired never returned to finish the job. Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Saratoga came to finish the job. He turned a mess into a bathroom that I am so happy with. He was very knowledgeable, skillful and neat. I'll be hiring him again for future projects. Tankless Water Heater Installation
I had a water heater go late Monday night, got 5 quotes Tuesday and Mr Rooter (John) showed up first thing Wednesday morning. You can't ask for quicker service. Their pricing is very competitive, if not the lowest, in comparison to other local companies. John and his staff are very quick, accommodating and professional. When they show up to do the job they are prepared and ready to do the job right. They take the time to make sure you are satisfied with the work and are more than willing to explain what they are doing and why. The price is what they quote you and they are more concerned with the quality of their work than the time it takes. I would recommend them for any plumb issues you may have.

Excellent! We had a toilet replaced, kitchen faucet repair, and water/ice maker repair to our fridge. Excellent service & Excellent Price. We will absolutely call again in the spring when we are ready for work on our other bathroom. You will not be disappointed or overcharged! Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. John the Service Technician that came to fix the gas plumbing for my Stove/ Oven, due to a gas leak we had, was professional and explained everything he was doing. He made sure that everything was done correctly and double checked everything before leaving. He also made sure to clean up the space before leaving as well. I would definitely recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
John (the owner) showed up but didn't announce he was the owner at first. He waited until I told him that I like the price/quote he gave me and that his front office person (Jennifer) who initially scheduled my appt was very personable, professional, and just simply excellent. He then said it was refreshing to hear that and that he actually owned the franchise and likes to come out from time to time and take service calls to keep his thumb on the pulse of his business and to get unbiased feedback. John was honest, on time, gave me a great price, and performed an outstanding job. Best part is he doesn't charge a service fee like all these other crooks who just want to make a buck of of you. John gave me a free estimate and it was a good one so I accepted and he finished the job on the spot. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a plumbing job, large or small.

I hired Mr. Rooter to replace my bath fixtures due to the poor quality of the installation from previous owners. John found the fixtures I wanted at a discount and took the time to explain what was needed to be done and the overall costs. I gave Mr. Rooter a 4 on Customer Service since they were a little slow on getting the estimates to me and had to be asked twice. I will be using Mr. Rooter for all my plumbing going forward. Their attention to detail and quality is outstanding. They may be a bit more expensive then some but you know the job is getting done right the first time and can have confidence they will stand by their work.
